I machined this tool holder from steel on the mill.  I measured the dimensions from an existing tool holder and used a manual mill to create the entire body.  It features dovetailing, angled milling, drilling and tapping techniques.  I finished it off by designing my name in CAD and engraved it using a CNC mill.
