About Me:
Hello! My name is Ashley Dodge, and I am a motivated Mechanical Engineer with a passion for troubleshooting complex problems and developing processes. I enjoy the work that goes into understanding the driving variables behind these challenges, and have had the opportunity to develop and apply these skills in a variety of settings. This has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in problem solving and mechanical process development.

I am a tinkerer at heart with a large range of interests, and am always finding new and exciting hobbies. This has allowed me to bring a variety of perspectives to every task. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working alongside passionate people.
